SHIPPING DETAILS
As all our products are homemade and made to order, NakedNaked will aim to dispatch your order, within 3 working days from receiving it. We offer FREE SHIPPING, for orders over £45.00. Royal Mail 2nd class will be used whenever free shipping is offered.
ENVIROMENTALLY FRIENDLY
Our Planet is important to all of us, that is why we only use FSC certified suppliers, and materials for our packaging. NakedNaked uses recyclable amber glass jars for our products. We do not include unnecessary paper work, such as packing slips, or order notes. All of NakedNaked products, are handmade, packaged and shipped from England UK.

We are sorry that your not happy with your purchase from NakedNaked. If you wish to make a return, please follow our step by step guide.
STEP 1
Please send an email regarding your return to info@nakednaked.co.uk
STEP 2
Should your item(s) be damaged, or something has gone wrong, please have a photo to hand to send to NakedNaked.
STEP 3
Pop your item in the post back to us, with the address provided. NakedNaked will refund postage when we receive the item.
STEP 4
Your refund will be completed within 14 days of NakedNaked receiving the package.
NakedNaked want all our customers to enjoy their products, so if your not happy with your order then you can send it back to us. Please get in touch with us within 14 days of receipt and make sure the products have not been opened, or the seal has not been broken, or we cannot accept items back.
